Returns & Exhanges
All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the item is damaged, please attach a detailed picture(s) to your email. We will review and send out a replacement free of charge.
To complete all returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return item to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, that has been modified, has become damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your item, we will notify you via email as to the status of your return and refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for processing.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first confirm that your banking institution is not still processing the transaction. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If your credit card issuer and bank have confirmed the refund has not been received, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged (in transport). However, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping Costs for Exchanges (if applicable)
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
